At the Indietopia HQ we created ten corona-proof flex spaces with brand new desks and cabinets. We are looking to further decorate the cabinets in consultation with our renters, for example with a display of products of all companies.

- Templates with documents to help you start your company
- Per month: 1 hour of coaching, such as subsidy advice
- Use of a locker
Rental costs per month
Flex space with a clean desk policy: € 175 excl. VAT. After a workday you need to store away your belongings (in the lockers).
Fixed space: € 220 excl. VAT. After a workday you can leave your belongings (at own risk).
Please take into account that some facilities might not currently be accessible due to Covid-19 regulations. We follow the RIVM guidelines in the entire office building. By sending an e-mail to hello@indietopia.org you can inquire about the availability. While there are strict governmental measures, we’ll start renting out four flex spaces.
Location
Indietopia is located in Het Kwadraat, close to Sontplein and IKEA. This office building of 15.000 m2 houses start-ups, scale-ups and grown-ups, besides a restaurant and gym. Being part of this community makes it easier to make new contacts and find collaboration partners.
The Indietopia – Prototopia HQ measures 450m2, including our own office, four other offices, the Fablab machine room, professional studio, ten flex spaces, an event space, meeting room, communal kitchen and bathrooms.
